Prenatal Care

Appointments in the comfort of your own home.
Each appointment lasts 30-45 min.

  • Counseling on Nutrition

  • Preventative Health Activities

  • Initial Labs (More as needed)

  • Initial Physical Examination

  • Routine laboratory tests

  • Medical History Review and Physical Exam

  • Breastfeeding Classes

  • Personalized Childbirth Education Classes


Visit Schedule: every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and then weekly until delivery.

Labor and Delivery

  • Continuous care, support, and monitoring in your home.

  • From active labor to birth and the early postpartum (generally 2-3 hours)

  • Additional Licensed Midwife or Birth Assistant

  • All Equipment provided

  • Birth Kit and Tub

  • Initial newborn exam

Postpartum Care

  • Maternal care and postpartum visits through 6 weeks.

  • General visit schedule:
    24-48 hrs
    1week
    2 weeks
    6 weeks
    Additional Visits As Needed

  • Newborn eye prophylaxis Vitamin K medications for baby
    (if desired)

  • Breastfeeding Support
    PAP Smear
    Family Planning Counseling
